
Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Just Veg. Carrot Shred
- 1 cup of plain yoghurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs honey or more to taste
- 1 cup rolled oats
Instructions
- Into a bowl combine milk and yoghurt
- Add chia seeds, cinnamon, and honey and combine again
- Add Just Veg. Carrot Shred and oats and mix in well. Cover with cling wrap and keep in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy over the following 2-3 mornings
