Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 2 cups Soy /Almond/regular Milk
- 1 cup Just Veg Shredded Carrots
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla paste
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts /seeds
Instructions
- Pour milk into heavy bottomed saucepan, add Just Veg carrot shred and bring to the boil. Slowly stir in oats, Chia seeds, honey, spices and Vanilla. Cook for approx 7 mins till cooked and thickened.
- Remove from heat, spoon into serving bowls, drizzle with coconut cream and top with mixed nuts /seeds.
