Ingredients
- 1 400g tin Australian Chick Peas
- Juice of one lemon
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 tablespoons Tahini
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix together in a food processor. Add more oil to achieve desired consistency.
- If you like your dip to have some spice, add some chopped fresh chilli.
